Cfls sometimes take longer to grow what cfls are u using when I grew in the past I used two 27 watt 2700k LEDs and 1 3000k 13watt cfl to flower and had great results and vegged with 2 23watt 6500k cfls and 2 13 watt 6500k cfls don't listen to what most.people on here are gonna say about.lights you.can get a decent grow for minimal money you can use dollarstore lights as long as they are the right spectrum trust me so I suggest vet some cheap 6500ks for veg and then get some cheap 2700k -3000ks for flower honestly 4 23 watts during flower will give u a decent harvest at least a half oI have another set of lights on the other side i just put them on 12 12 yesterday when i get home il post some pics, problem is its wonter now and theres no sunlight im only seing apparent growth of these plants in the sun the cfls arent doing shit any advice?
Defiantly used those to vegThese are the lights
Im uding them for both since i cant put just 3 of the cfl for flowerimg the big plant and i one has to stay on 18 hours of the time so i thought i just put all of the cfls on for 18 and then put the big plant in another room during the 12 hours off darknessDefiantly used those to veg
You should get a timer and have the plant yojr flowering in a separate area by itself also your not supposed to use 6500k for flowering you can mix between the two spectrums of 2700k and 6500k but you need more 2700 k (red) during flowering I'm gonna look up on that light you have that is yellow and see if it's any goodIm uding them for both since i cant put just 3 of the cfl for flowerimg the big plant and i one has to stay on 18 hours of the time so i thought i just put all of the cfls on for 18 and then put the big plant in another room during the 12 hours off darkness
No problem.man I'm glad I could helpOk thanks alot for your help, and i wouldntbmind spending a few extra bucks and getting something that will relief me of this issue, u could get another one of those quad balasts and then get 4 new cfls and i can make sure tgis time that i have the red spectrum but ofcourse id rather not do that unless i have to.
Just 2 bulbs shouldnt i have 10000 lumens per plant ?That yellow light is perfect for flower u could use just that if you had to you could also add one or the 6500ks with it so basically take the yellow.one 2700k and a 6500k one and put you plant on the 12 12 cycle with a timer with those two lights it will work
