no im a new grower i though if i got rid of the big fan leaves that were shading over the flowering areas that it would help it grow better plus the new growth thats coming in and im not re harvesting im putting it into flower this is my first grow

im not reharvesting this is my first plant i did chop off a lot of the plant thinking the fan leaves shading over the flowers had nothing to do with a lot and kept light from hitting all the plant so i cut them all also i noticed new growth coming up so i figured no more cutting since ive done to much

What strain bro? Indica or sativa dominant?. Full on equatorial sativas can take 3-5 weeks to even show 1 hair.
My Malawi took just over 3 weeks to show 1 tiny hair. Try switching it to 11:30/13:30(on/off) to push the plant into flowering faster, I put pure sativas on 11/13 to stop them from growing out of control and a faster harvest, but indicas will most definitely suffer from this light cycle.

What's your setup? make sure to leave everything on the plant at this stage mate.

Good luck and welcome to Roll It Up

its a mystery strain (bag seed) i use hydroponics with the flora series nute system along with the ph being leveled at 6.0 i took a successful clone from it and planted it into a rapid rooter to help it and its a hybrid i think but mostly indica dominate it started from mid grade its flowered for about 2 weeks and ill try the 11 13 thanks!

Don't cut the fan leafs BRO unless you know what the FUCK you are doing. And it looks male as I see pollen sacks near the blurry stem...
