Is this plant stretching?

My first grow and i was wondering if this looks healthy, and is it stretching?

thats a sick plant already i would not say its stretching but leaves should not be dying

What do i need to do to fix it?

what kind of lighting are you using and how often are you watering/feeding and if you are feeding any nutes which you should not be at this stage stop
also what else are you doing

Just give it some plain water, keep the light close enough, but dont overheat the plant. Give us some details on how your growing(all the supplies yoour using and equipment)

I'm not adding any nutes right now but i think that there might have been some in the soil. I water once a day and i'm using cfl's

get some fresh compost and repot it just incase and keep an eye on it over next few days.in my eyes tho i would prob just start again as your not that far along anyway just yet plus its always better to strat with a healthy plant rather then a sick one
