Is this pot or hemp?

Hey guys, first post for me. thanks to all in your help growing my last plants of skunk.

I came across a field of plants near my house and took a few "samples". Is there any way to tell if these are pot or hemp? They smell like pot, the plants are sticky but the buds dont have pistels. input?

i see some glandular trichomes.... I don't think this will pass the hemp test. i think it has to test at .01 thc

Go back to where you found it and harvested, oops I mean took samples, every day till you see if anyone shows up with bags and backpacks and ask them. I see signs of male or hermie in a couple pics and what appears to be bud too, albeit premature.

some signs would be acres of weed in the middle of nowhere. what state you live in? just smoke the damn thing and find out, lol. if you get a headache, it's ditchweed

You trying to get this guy killed? He just took like half a pound of early unripe bud, and you want him to go scouting around? Lol.

OP just look for the guys with guns, they'll tell you what strain it is and give you more.

Those are male plants folks, plain and simple. There may be a female in the bunch but I don't see one. BTW, why are you hanging those with the fan leaves still on them?? It's MUCH easier to trim if you get rid of the leaves first. It's best to trim down the little sweetleaf (save for hash) before hanging too.

That was kinda the point. A thief is a thief. Might as well have it done right away or else the next time he just happens to stumble on a grow and tries to steal it, it happens then. Either way I wasn't gonna give any advice, pointers, or clues on a stolen crop other than it was premature.

that weed is fulla seeds but lucky ass man i would cum my pants if i came across a field of ganja and no bear traps took my foot off lol
