Is this ready to harvest?

Brown hairs is the first step, but yours are still sticking out all over. If you harvest now, it'll probably dry down to just a bunch of hairs and not much "bud". You wanna wait until the calyxes swell up, giving it kind of a popped-popcorn look. I've noticed some strains the hairs retract more than others, but that's another thing to watch for.

Harvesting by trichome color is a pretty advanced technique and often leads people to harvest too early. You will not regret waiting another few weeks.

There are plenty of pics of mature plants that were well grown
I'm just giving you my opinion
You don't have to listen or agree
They are your plants
When they mature those red pistils recede

be careful about who you choose for advice, I asked about harvesting & gotten bad advice, too early, I looked at my plants about harvesting and found out it was far overdue, the 3 steps I found out is the trichomes are brown the leaves around the flowers are dying off, and you touch the colas if they are spongy they're not ready, the nice & firm they're ready, I had a lot of arguments on these forums, be careful, they can develop a new hatred that I never felt before

It's very simple, don't overthink this. Watch the plant and understand what you are seeing happening. If you doubt the timing, try harvesting some when you think it's ready and some later when you've been told it's ready. Don't rely on trichomes only. If you try harvesting some early and some later you experience first-hand the difference and then you will know. YMMV. Good luck.
