White Widow 51F
LED lighting
FFOF Soil
1/2 strength FF 3 pack nutrients

It started on one plant maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago. It has very slowly spread throughout the plant. Notice how it follows the veins of the leaves. Just yesterday I noticed a leaf or two on the other plant n this tent has it. It's not a leaf that is in contact with the other plant. I also noticed, in a separate tent which uses the same ventilation a few spots on a leaf. My temps get down to about 60F at night. The humidity is usually between 45-55%.

So what do you guys think? A deficiency would be great right about now. Thanks for any help!

magnesium deficiency. google or search on RIU for "rust" deficiency and see if it is that and what's going on specifically in your grow whether it's from lockout or just not enough.
I really hope you are right. I usually water once a week with half strength nutrients and the past two weeks I have given them CalMag too. I migggght have slowed down the one bad plant a bit but it's hard to tell if it stopped spreading in that one plant. I have heard that white widow commonly has calmag deficiencies.

Its a calcium deficiency caused by your LED, what you NEED to do is foliar feed a calmag solution at 2ml/L once only and give with base nutrients at the recommended dosage, all the best dude.

Well they are 54 days into flowering so not really much new growth happening.
If they are 54 days into flowering I wouldn't suggest foliar feeding! You can just be really careful not to spray anything on or near the buds. You are risking mold here so... I would recommend using Epsom salts like Terry mentioned.
