Hey! I haven’t ever seen buds like this before. I just assumed it should all be green (or shades of) so I was wondering if this is safe? Is it just dried up?

i have seen buds similar to this when i stash some fluff somewhere warm and forget about it for a year. i wouldnt smoke the buds you are holding.
