Is this some kind of mutation?

Just germinated 12 seeds, 11 of them germinated and are very healthy, but this one sprouted like this. I am not sure what I am looking at. She is smaller than the other seedlings and seems to have 4 cotyledons. I got 3 with some plants but never 4. Is this a mutation or something similar?
