Is this something I should be concerned about?

Hi All,

Second grow. Plant is about 3 weeks old now. I noticed these markings on a single leaf. Should I be concerned about these?

My first grow died due to a few mistakes by me and some things I didn't have under control. It developed rot on the leaves due to some crazy humidity. I now have a much better control on humidity (probably a little too far), but this time around I am just being a little extra cautious! Roots are pure white, apart from a slight bit of browning in the areas out of the water. Which I assume must be due to those parts not getting as much water flow? and staining from the nutes? I am gently rubbing them with my root protection just in case.

This is a Hydro Setup FYI.

Single plant grow. No markings on other leaves. Plant is otherwise growing pretty well, getting bigger every day and pretty fast.

OK, what's crazy humidity? Do you have air flow and fan(s) moving the leaves? What does the other side of that leaf look like?
your EC/ppms-PH#s?

EDIT: Yes, be concerned.. search plant problems til you see pics of your leaf.

Thanks for the feedback.
Feed schedule is following the nutrients as specified but I have used a staggered implementation. So if it said 1ml/L I started with 25%, then 50% a few days later and so forth until I am at the specified amount. I am using a 3-part nutrients. (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00KNY8JEM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

PH is 5.8.

The underside of the leaf is normal, no discolouration or change compared to normal.

So from what your saying it could be a lack of nutrients as I worked up to the full amount. I will keep an eye on it, as I got conflicting info about the start (some places said no nutrients for a week, others said some). I noticed a little bit of wilting early that could have been that lack of nutrients as I started at about 20% strength.

Yeah on my first grow I didn't have humidity under control and it was hitting 80% and causing rot on the leaves. Humidity is now 25-35%. I dont have any air flow other than the sporadic heating fan thats maintaining the temp range.

In fact went to check up there today and the plant is wilting slightly. So definitely lack of food looks like a strong contender. Thanks for the input, glad its not something I couldnt try and fix :P I have moved my schedule up a little to conpensate.

get a small fan to move air around the plants. this is very important to keep mildew away.

marks like that on my leaves were a calcium deficiency. I am in DWC and use Cultured solutions feeding schedule.

2ml more per gallon of their cococal set me up.
