Is this te start of flowering?

I hav 3 autos growing in soil, I'm using cfls, ones about a month old the other 2 are just seedlings, I'm using 3 23watt daylight 2 26watt soft white and a 23watt soft white. Any how the growth on the older one has damn near completely stopped and the top leaves, they didnt fully come out just have one finger barley stickin out on 2 sides and what looks like a new leaf in between those that's tryin to come out, bit it's been like that for a few days now and the leaves are getting lighter and lighter and are now almost white, is this flowering or do I hav a problem? O and the pistols have been showing on the nodes for a good week maybe even 2

Some people consider the start of flowering when they switch to 12/12 (as do I), while others wait for first signs of sex (the pistils). The leaves turning "white" are more than likely a problem. Unless they're completely covered in crystals, which I doubt this early in. Pictures are beneficial, take the best ones you can.

EDIT: Sorry, guess I read it too fast and didn't see that they were autos. From what I've read about autos, joe has it right.

Autos grow vegetatively for about 2 weeks then start flowering.

No Camorra sorry guys and theyr autos so try arnt on 12/12 got em on 24. I had to flush the soil like a week ago but it's pretty dry now and looks really healthy but just it's growing any taller, I'm gonna try and by a camera this weekend tho

Alright I just too a magnifying glass (lol I hav no idea how to spell it so I spelled it howitzer sound lol) to it and it looks like tiny tricks are starting to form
