So imagine you were on a jury and you were given this 3 month old photo as evidence...

The photo was taken by a security cam 3 months ago, and IS of the guy that did the crime.

...

Then this guy walks in as the defendant 3 months later that the state is prosecuting...

The photo is the only evidence, so if you think its him he goes to jail if you don't think it's him he doesnt go to jail.

What say you!? Is it the same guy!?

I can't ever tell how true those things are... It was the first video that popped up when I opened YouTube

Refer to the post above yours, its a before & after of some guy on a diet, I was baked and curious of what people thought, if it was the same guy or not or if it was a scam..
I thought it was the same guy, but because the facial hair was thicker it lessened certainty, esp when you framed it as a jury trial; pre-predjudiced it.
