That looks like a stray weed type seed found it's way into the mix and germinated. Seeds can arrive in peat or mix, compost or castings. Bet it has nothing to do with the seed BS planted. Being in DIRT, that won't be the last.

Iv had strains that have got 3 nodes of round seedling leafs before showing the normal serrated leafs.

That's like one of my first seedlings. Had 3 leaves. Then leaves with only 3 fans. Then fours and fives after two weeks.
