Is this what they call preflowers?

They are 13 days-something old. Are these preflowers or will this become a new pair of leafs or something? You may bash me for being a newbie

They're preflowers right? I believe that new leaves emerge from the center of the top most leaves (could be very wrong, you may bash me for being a newbie giving input to a newbie lol)

its where you will develop preflowers when the plant is mature enough

on the next set up they will be lats (branches)

Alright, and I was so happy, I think I must smoke a joint to cope with the disappointment

And for the record, I think they are slow. All 10 of them. I've seen people with 13-day old plants ten times bigger than these, growing under 25watts. Patience...............
