Is Transplanting Afer 12/12 Ok For Plant?

I started my seedlings off in 12/12 so I could pull out the males. Now that all the males are gone, I want to move my plants from a sole cup to a bigger pot and lengthen the light schedule. I'm just wondering if transplanting and changing the light schedule is going to cause any severe stress? And should I change the light schedule to 18/6 or 24/0? Thanks!

ur gonna stress the fuck outta them by changing the light if starting from 12/12 but yes it is very possibly and you can transplant and change the light, I'd go with a full 24/0 to really kick them into veg gear,

If the havnt shown preflowers then you will be just fine changing light.
As far as transplanting during flowering it is not recomended and will slow down things, so will switching the lights back to veg on a flowering plant may take her 6 weeks to recover and show growth
