Hey jbig, I just wrote and said the t-shirt was the only thing in the parcel. She has already replied this morning asking about green tape or a letter, so I mailed her a pic of the green tape. I have another order coming from last week. Not sure if it will make it. I'm thinking without custom letters enclosed stating they seized property, is this someone who knows the packaging and just snagging the seeds without filing any papers? Chicago had alot of budget and job cuts to the ISC so I know they ain't working this hard for just seeds.
It's a pretty common practice for them to take
the goodies out and send the rest of the package
with a letter in it. Within 6 weeks (usually 2-4),
you'll probably get a certified letter from Customs
saying that they took your stuff and if you want
to claim it you can contact them by a certain date
or it will be destroyed. Personally I'm a big believer
of ignoring certified letters from the government
