yes and no. sound can penetrate walls faster than heat can so its not the same but is all energy

note that big ass amplifiers have heat sinks

power is power thats why watts are a standard unit of power

More or less, yes. The sound energy created by the speakers essentially decays to heat as well, it just spreads out more - to wherever it can be heard.
