It looks like you drilled some holes through traces. Why are you using so many screws to hold those to the frame?

Just use the supplied holes and plastic washers prevent shorting. You could also just use double sided thermal tape to attach them to the frame.

Glad you got it sorted. Dont drill the board, you can hit the traces and youll never get warranty on a board you drilled thru, just use the standard holes.
