Issues with spots

Hi all need some help. This is my second grow but first time from clones which were from my original grow that were cloned and then cloned from them. So basically 3rd gen clones.
I’m having an issue with all these spots and discoloration.

I started the clones 1st week in July and potted them about 2 weeks after into half gallons pots and just transplanted them today to 5 gallons.

I didn’t feed them and was only giving them balanced PH water upuntil once last week but I didn’t use the grow big yet. I was trying to dose small because I know fox farms soil runs hot.

first feeding consisted of the below in each gallon. Probably fed them maybe a cup and half each plant
-3 tsp grow big
-1/2 tsp bommrang
1/4 tsp of holly makeral

fox farms ocean forest soild
Temp I keep 72-78 day and 68-70 night
Using LED about 20-24 inches away
It was about a month before I first tried to feed so I’m wondering, could it be some sort of deficiency

Did you check under the leaf? If you see black spots them you have spider mites.
