It dose not smell like weed

I just harvested about a week ago, after hanging to dry, I just placed my bud in jars and now it smells like straw. Im not really sure what to think of this and really freaked out. I harvested when the tricombs were 50%cloudy %50 brown. I am also openning the lids to the jars for about 20min a day. dose anyone know what is going on here?

From what I understand that is totally normal.
It is all the nasty stuff like chlorophyll leaching out of the bud, it should clear up as the curing process continues.

takes a lil while for the smell you remember to come back...just keep doing what your doin , burpin 20 min a day, it will come back..not 100% but its gooooood

It's all good, keep curing it until it stops sweating. Ususally 2 to 4 days of opening and closing the jars in a few hour intervals. Keep ti dark too. Once cured, you take out the bud, let it sit out in the air for a few minutes, nice sweet buds, yum. Once it is cured and you open that jar each time, that smell is so sweet, love it. :mrgreen: :peace:
