Yeah it says true draw 520w but yet in the true description on the same page says draws 240w from wall so ok yeah 520w you got it. Can i see you draw meter?

Yes I do have both switches on for all of flower and about 1/2 of the veg time. It will draw ~ 240w when Veg switch is on by itself.

Only question that remains is what criteria would be used in addition to weeks of flower time to judge when to harvest if in my case trichomes are not a good gauge?
