It's A New One

Good Morning people Hope all is good. Thought i'd let you all in on my little setup.
Ive got a Secret Jardin 240 tent (Thats L240cm x W240cm x H200cm) I got 4 x 600 watt HPS running on 2 sepreate contactors. This allows me to use less watts, amps voltage what ever you wanna call it on each plug socket. I can even it out through out the room. (I have a question on this but will come back to that)
Im growing in soil using Canna Terra Pro + Got enough room for 24 x 11L pots. Today I just planted 10 x Barnys Farm Blue Cheese.

Ive got a couple of questions firstly got a bit of a problem hanging up the fan and filter. Its kinda heavy for the tent and the fan comes with a bracket, so im asuming its supposed to be fixed to a wall? need to get this sorted asap!! So any help will be great.
Second question is with the 2 contactors I mensioned previously. Can I use the timer plugs from both contactors into one timer? So basicaly I will use a double socket extension with one timer on it to control the light but still be using 2 seperate sockets for the inlet leads on the contactors.

Good Morning and thanks Bassman & Pagalsher. Ive grown a number of times, on my last grow I used Greenhouse seeds Great White Shark, White Rhino, Lemon Skunk, Train Wreck and Cheese. But that time I was using Bio Terra Plus Soil and all bio nutrients. This time is just the Blue Cheese for me mmmmmmmmm.. The harvest will defo last me a while. I will grow other strains but not yet decided. Any one have any suggestions?

Any ways back to the tent I go to check on my babies and get you guys some more pics.

So its day 3 now of germination (Day 1 to me is when you can see something breaking through the top of the soil) and all is looking good apart from 4 of the seeds have not sprouted. Really annoyed with that to honest.

Vents TT 150 in one of the side holes int the tent for fresh air. Put a stocking on the end of it so no crap can come through. The fan has dual speed. at the moment im running it at low speed.



200mm Intake fan and Rhino Carbon Filter. When you look at the tent from the outside you can see the tent being sucked in. May have to adjust the Vents TT and put it on higher speed.

Today I have some more updates for you guys. The 6 Barnys Blue Cheese have now been transplanted into small pots. They are all looking very good and healthy. Lights are on for 18 hours per day. Temps are around 25/26 C.


I have also just planted 5 x Big Buddha Blue Cheese, 5 x Nevilles Haze & 2 x Blue Cheese seeds that we randomly found into jiffy pellets. Should see them sprout in the next few days.

Thought i'd update you all on the progress of my youngens. I had to make a few adjustments to the tent, I upgraded and bought 4 x Siverstar Aircooled reflectors. What ive learnt is you need aircooled reflectors in a tent. Infact any grow! Ive also purchased another tent, but this time its a BudBox 1.2m x 1.2m x 2m with a 600w Metal Halide Aircooled Light, 125mm RVK Fan with Carbon Filter. This will be my veg room for Barnys Farm Blue Cheese, Barnys Farm Tangerine Dream and some random UFO seeds which are being planted today. Ive got to admit the Budbox is not the best of tents, the zips are just too much hassle. Secret Jardin has to be the best in my opinion.

Its 3 weeks from germination and they are looking realy good. One of them is abit wierd, it looks like a siamese plant lol. Im currently using 40ml Terra Vega for every 10 Litres of water and giving them a regular misting of a Rhizotonic solution. Will change the clock to 12/12 in the next week or so.

Good Morning Stoners..

So just a quick update, tomorrow I will be changing the clocks to 12/12. For the past 5 days I have been reducing the light by 1 hour. I will flush these babies with straight water tomorrow then introduce flowering nutrients on the next watering.

The new veg room is nearly complete now. Just need to install the air cooled reflector and put in a shelf to split the room into 2. The bottom half will have T5 fluorescent tubes, this will be for seedlings and clones. The top half will have the 600w Metal Halide for rooted clones and mothers.

Currently in the veg room I have 30 x BF Blue Cheese, 5 x BF Tangarine Dream, 1 x UFO Purple Maroc, 1 x UFO Bubblegummer, 1 x UFO Grapefruit, 1 x UFO C99 & 1 x UFO Easy Sativa. I know that the UFO seeds are for outdoor use but thought i'd throw them in anyway, but have to keep a close eye on them as they are prone to hermie in an indoor grow.

Oh my days they are looking yummy.. Looks like your gonna get a good yield. Any ideas on how much? Also heard some bad things about suger peak but looks like your girls are loving it. Think i might have to get me some

Start of week 4

So I harvested 3 of my plants 2 weeks ago. They have been dried and cured and I can happily say I got 8.5 Oz from them, and god damn are they high. I gave it to a few of the boys and it sent them to sleep after a few tokes lol. Proper couch lock just how I like it...

The other 3 will be harvested in the next day or 2..
