Hello Roll it up'ers......I've grown photos for a few years now this is the second auto run I've ever done, I'll be honest I completely fucked up the first attempt at autos. When they say they are sensitive to a lot of things they ain't shittin. The auto grow I have now is 4 Auto Hindu Kush out of 5 one did not germinate one was a genetic mess but all 4 flourished with some TLC..... 600w HPS......3 gallon pots.... California Substrates Coco Coir... General Hydroponics Rapid Start.... GH Flora Nova Bloom ....GH Cal-Mag... Advanced Nutrients Bud Candy.... 1/2 gallon water/feed every day soon to be twice a day.... PPM'S 300 P.H 5.8-5.9 RO water...... I removed nothing and only tucked leaves and the got bushy many many bud sights. The breeder claims 8 weeks from seed to harvest....well he is smoking crack because these 4 didn't start preflowering till a couple days ago which would have made them 32 days old so there's no way this is an 8 week strain20160226_213102.jpg

I think autos are harder to run than photos, not as in harder to get bud from, but harder to get yield from, not much room for errors in an auto grow, but since running them my photo grows have improved

I'm 42 man I've been growing cannabis over 20 years now and can produce some very nice smoke but when I was Givin some auto seeds I set a tent up and gave them a shot like I said I was I'm barraged how the first run went but I did everything to them your not suppose too I guess but this second run seems to be going much better......and I love the Coco I'm using cause I can feed and water everyday...and other week or so it will be twice a day and the autos seem to love an aggressive feeding schedule.....this particular strain isn't suppose to get over 12-14 inches but that was false they ate bigger than that suppose to be an 8 week strain that's false.....do autos have much of a stretch during flowering?

Once they hit the point of mid flower they seem to finally slow, I feel like they spend their whole life in "stretch" sometimes, it's like they sprout but somehow have skipped the seedling stage and go straight into full veg growth mode from the jump lol, I think that's what makes them harder to keep up with as a new grower, they change rapidly and need almost daily feedings (especially in coco, love the medium too) but until you know by sight what stage of development it's in its not easy to figure out how those feedings should go. I think they need a new name because "auto" seems to make folks think less work, in my attempts seems to actually take more, that being said with your prior experience if you choose to run autos(I love to run them with my veg photos) you are probably gonna rock em! Fun little buggers, and they make good honey
