The difference is... one is fresh without being vaped. The other is vaped weed. You make one with FRESH weed. You make the other with VAPED weed. It takes more vaped weed to get the potency you would with fresh weed. Plus the taste is completely different. Is that distinct enough for you?
Oh and the color thing again... different.. also.. distinct from one other... you know.. because they're different colors...

also I totally agree with you about the ground weed and vapes... but I have to clarify that the herbalaire is the /one/ vape that truly can't do ground bud well at all.. its a virtical setup and it was designed for whole bud chunks or thick masses of tobacco... ground bud just flies around and sticks to the top screen when it should stay down...

that's my style of reviews right there... I always do that with any new thing I get, figure out the most effective/efficient way to use it... I just usually don't get around to posting reviews like this I usually just tell people who happen to have it or something... so you're doing a pretty epic public service... got me to want to get an SSV(normal ver where you can spin the thing around while you hit it but you gotta hold it there...) I pretty much was almost going to never vape again from my experience with the herbalaire...
but I've gathered that it was mostly me buying a vape that was /not/ right for me... the herbalaire wants chunks of bud, which usually make up around 20-30 rips.. and I'm the kinda guy that should only be taking 4-8 /good/ rips off of a vape....

just a heads up, you can buy standard glass (my fave seems to provide a much more dense hit) and buy their $12 wand holder, and thus not have to hold it, much like the spherical ground glass
