If you could post pics of your grow and give us all the info you can, soil, hydro. What kind of soil if you are using that. What nutes you plan to use ect. Lighting what type and how long per day. Anything you can think of that might help us to help you.

Don't worry about that... everyones growing different ways... if its not dead you're in the game... it may just be a slow starter.......

*If you use tap water let sit 24hrs to evaporate chlorine... sorry if you already do... Luck.

probably the size of the pots you're using. if you start them in 5gal buckets they are muc hbigger after a week than if started in rockwool cubes or smalll pots

for the test kits you need something that will let you know if in the ranges of 5.5-6.5 or a little broader, but pools usually have 6.4 the lowest so they aren't very useful. Order some cheap strips or a more expensive digital meter, or just bank on the fact that most tap water is 6.5. Digital meter is best though, I need one too.

But don't start your plants in 5 gal buckets. Best to start small. A 12 or 16 oz cup is fine to start. The right soil mix can make all the difference. I love the Foxfarm Ocean Forest soil. Great for getting them started.
