I've been reading about Sour Diesel...

BTW - I'm not talking about NY diesel thats different right?

I'm looking for sour diesel seeds but the closest i can find in the UK is RezDog's Alpha Diesel and also Chemdog D clone Sour Diesel, also the quickMist Diesel - all found at Seed Boutique.
Are these very similar? Why can sour diesel not be found anywhere- is it just reeeally popular?

Also, does anyone use sour diesel or a similar variant for pain relief?

Where I'm at I have a guy that has Sour D clones, 2 of which I'm picking up next week hopefully (got to make sure they are rooted enough before I go transporting them from there to here (40+ miles)). $35 a pop, guaranteed female...mmmmmmmmmm

Sour Diesel is a clone only strain for the most part. Rez does some different cross breeding with sour diesel clones to make seeds but straight sour diesel seeds are a rare find. If you live on the west coast someone around you probably has a clone though. If you live in the East you would be lucky to secure some real sour diesel.

I live in the UK - but I have found someone that has sour D seeds - not a commercial grower but a hobbyist and he said he would send me some.

That's usually your best bet. May not be the "true" SD genetics but really as long as it has the diesel flavor and a good high it doesn't matter. I really don't care if it is the original genetics or not I'd just like to get my hands on some form of the Sour Diesel. I ordered the chiesel last week the cheese and a nyc diesel cross. Hopefully it is fire.
