I've got some weird finishers

Two of my plants have 50/50 amber/cloudy trichs but only like 40% amber hairs and two others have 50/50 clear/cloudy trichs and 90% amber hairs.... all seeds grown from the same bag. Hell two others have 100% white hairs and all clear trichs. pics are garbage I can't find my good camera...

So my question is should I harvest the two based on trichs AND harvest the two based on hairs? This is clones from my first grow which got pulled early due to hermaphs.. I've got plants that follow two totally different schools of thought when it comes to harvest time

Bag seed from a good bag of mids. FFOF soil with FF trio nutes and molasses.

Looks like I'm harvesting the amber cloudy girls now then..

Harvest by what the trichs look like, dont worry about what the hairs look like, it can vary too much.

You should wait on all of them. Look at this here from fdd's harvesting tutorial, he makes it really easy to see the difference between ready and not-
we will start with ripeness. most people say to check your trichromes with 30X magnification. i have other ways. when buds are done they look "done". the appearance of the bud changes. the leaves start to hook upwards and become hard and crispy. the calyxes will swell and the hairs will turn brown. you can see a golden tinge to the bud leaves. this is the amber crystals. they start to turn amber on the leaves first.

not ready..........

ready.......

notice the difference? it's pretty easy to see once it occurs.
