I've tried all I can. Can you help. Seedlings have turned yellow.

I can't figure this out.
They are (2 each) Hawaiian Skunk Haze and Strawberry Blue.

They started to turn yellow while they were getting H20 with Super Thrive. I realized they were starting to change.

I originally thought they were getting too much light under the T5's on 24/0 so I put them back on 19/5.

That didn't help them so I was giving them 5mL CNS 17 Grow into 1 Gal of H20, pH'd to 5.6 (they are in hempy buckets).

I also started to give them 5mL/gal CalMg+. They started to slightly go back green, but now have gone back to yellow. They stalled their growth, but are now growing. However, the new growth isn't green either.

What is going on and how can I fix it??
I've never had this problem.

They broke the surface on 3-28 so they are now 22 days old.

I don't want to kill them with kindness, but I'm way under the Botanicare feed chart recommended strength. Now I'm scared to up nutes.

Should I just start over

Use the nutes at the required makers suggestions for their age. They look kinda low on N. A balanced foliar will help them look better faster....Nah, don't start over they have just begun and simply look starved for nutrition. I do have some concern over how you may be watering.....be sure the soil is dry to the touch before you water. The soak up from below method is ok, but don't overwater (to often).

Its too hot raise the lights a foot and reduce watering, they are very overwatered because of the RW cubes. after one hit of 1/2 str veg nutes.

Also the medium is rubbish and no good for dope growing.

I got a laugh out of that, "what is that back yard dirt"?

No doubt overwatering. They are setting in a puddle of water. The medium your are using does not look to be the type used in hempys.

Not sure if that can be attributed to your yellowing problem, however if you have that much runoff chances are the nutrients are probably outside of the pots and the plants might not be taking it in.

Hempy is foreign to me, maybe that's how you are supposed to do it...pots sitting in a "reservoir" type setup. Ignore my $0.02 if that's the case

It is coco coir not rubbish. If you need more information on hempy buckets, please visit the World of Hempy thread in the Drain to Waste portion of this forum. I, and many before me have had great success in the DTW setup.

Please educate before you hate.

Also, Thank you everyone else for your input. I don't feel I'm over watering, but I'll keep an eye out.

Shaded, you drain to waste for hempy, so that drainage is needed.
Also, I will not raise the lights a foot, as they are under T5's and that much space between light and plant is not necessary. It isn't a heat issue.

What ppm or EC is the strength of your nutes?

I'm a coco grower DTW hand watering.

Nearly 5 years of growing and I feed my coco when I plant my seed into it. EC0.8.

Check the Ca and Mg levels of your nutes. If Ca is around 5% and Mg around 2% then additional calmag will not be required for coco for at least 4 weeks of usage. Usually additional calmag is beneficial during PK booster usage.

At the size your plants are, if in my garden they would be about EC1.0 by now.
