I have read most of info here on JACKS..but nost pertains to growing in hydro,,,not in soil outside...
Little info on my set up...
I have 5 raised beds..5x20 feet ..12 inches high...I been growing organic for a long time...i am getting older now an its a lot of work ..now I just want to use a powered nute that gets the job done in a good way...
My soil is 90% compost..rest is worm castings an ancient forest and Coast of Maine lobster compot..its also ammened with kelp meal...basalt fines...and powdered leonardite shale for the humic an fklvic compounds...each bed has 1000 red wigglers in it also..well more now since they have bred nicely in the soil...
now i want to use jacks instead of all organic ferts...i was making 100 gallons of tea a week..lots of work..
now I have on hand ...Citrus feed an Aqua Gold finisher by jacks...now i want to know what you all think my mix ratio should be...I was thinking...
1/2 tps of the citrus for each gallon of water
1/2 tsp of the aqua gold to a gallon of water
1 tsp of epsom salt to 5 gallons of water..
does sound about right..if not give me your ideas...
I will still be using my kelp an silica as a drench or foliar spray...thats a given..
If any one has used this in soil..I am happy to hear what you think an how you used it...
