Yes. Essentially, you are looking at something with low Nitrogen and higher Phosphorous and Potassium. It really doesn't matter which brand or if one is 4-18-36 or 5-25-30...or whatever. Some people have a problem with leaving out the calcium aspect of the Part A (Calcium Nitrate). I use the Jack's system and what I do is I substitute the Calcium Nitrate with Calcium Sulfate. I never really have ever perceived a Calcium deficiency in the past, during flowering, tbh....but it never hurts to include it, either. The extra bit of added sulfur might even be of some benefit in the terpene development, possibly....but who knows?

I ran jacks 321 for veg. for about a year, and only ran it a couple times thru flower. It didn't seem to go as good as what i was using. (maxi-bloom) Why change? Just to try something different. Next flower cycle i think ill try just jacks hydro 5-12-26 with a little cal-mag. THANKS

I was wondering the same….kinda……jacks 3:2:1 is 5-12-26 and epsom salts and cal-nit 15-0-0

couldn’t I just leave out the cal-nit and add a little cal mag to decrease my nitrogen week 5???

I'm week 4 in flower, ill be transitioning to jacks 5-12-26 with some added cal-mag over the next 4 or 5 weeks, to end up at 5-12-26 only. I change my res. every week, so ill slowly make the change from 100% maxi bloom to 100% jacks 5-12-26. ill post how it goes when its done.
