Jade's Choco-Stem Milk

So tonight i heard a little bit about stem tea, and decided to look it up to see what the whole thing is with it. Well i found mixed remarks on if it works or not, as well as a general "nobody knows" type of thing as far as how its made. So... i came up with my own concoction tonight, and it works awesome.

Let me first state that my main goal in making this was a sufficient way for me to get medical marijuana without having to smoke it, for my syringomyelia pain. I found that so far it works very well :).

To start off, here is what you will need-

1/4 oz stems/leaves/bud/shake or whatever pot laying around that you are thinking about throwing away, or do not know what the hell you are gonna do with.

2 cups of vitamin D milk (whole milk)

2 tbs of butter (REAL butter)

Chocolate milk powder

Coffee filters

1. Add the cannabis and butter to the 2 cups of milk. Dump the mixture into a sauce pan and cook until it reaches boiling. Let the milk boil on medium high heat for 5 minutes, make sure to watch it closely so that it doesnt drain over the side of your sauce pan.

2. Take the mixture off heat, and let it cool down. After it cools dump mixture through coffee filters to get large pieces out. Make sure to squeeze all the liquid out of the coffee filters.

3. You will end up with milk that has butter and green pieces in it. Put this into a coffee cup, and microwave on high for 3 minutes covered.

4. Pull from microwave, and pour into a large cup. Add chocolate milk mixture to taste, and then cool down with cold milk.

It tastes pretty good really, and it works! Hope this helps somebody...

(Note- I did not have a blender to blend all the stems and stuff up. If you can do this and blend into a powder you can skip a lot of unnecessary steps (coffee filters for straining for instance). It might work better if you just grind it up into a powder and drink it all without straining. Just a thought...)

Cheers,
Nate

actually sounds interesting, seems like a good plan might have to try it. But the part about leaving the material in there if you grind it, you might end up with a little more fiber than your used to.

Mainly just stem to be honest, a little bit of shake and a very small amount of fresh leaves. Mainly (over 2/3) of it was stem.

Hey I'm new to this Site. I have chiari malformation and syringomyelia. It's nice to see i am not alone with using marijuana as medicine for this illness. I am only 17 and i live in NJ where it is illegal which sucks bc i refuse to take chemicals when a plant works better......any strains work good for you? I think indicas help out the most
