Japanese Red Maple (must see)

you guys have never seen a Japanese maple plant?

i wonder if it is a cousin of marijuana and what the flowers look like though.....

dont graft on that, its not much stronger of a plant than marijuana. but it would be a good idea to hide your plant near some of these

I went to Japan in 07 and I was shocked by the maple leaves!

I have a few pressed in a book along with some marijuana leaves and they're damn near identical

yeah these plants are real cheap to get a small one or just buy seeds. im thinking about doing it!
But id have to say only the red maple looks the most like it!

My dad has a japanese maple in his side yard.. Some of his co-workers got it for him when my grandpa passed away 15 years ago.. Its a nice tree..

I had one of these in my old house back yard. I was quite fascinated by it, the way it changes colours too in different seasons.

lol i have one in my front yard and every year abot fall little seedlings sprout up around the tree in my grass so i pic some and plant them. i have one growing from from every year after i started doing this, so its about 3 or 4 now. they only grow like 1 foot a year when there young. the first year it grows straight up like a weed plant i think that is fucken awsome. picture a red weed plant with a more woody stem, and thats what they look like the first year. the next year during spring every where a leaf grew out turns into 2 new branches .

i have a 15ft one in my backyard, the red is really beautiful...but looks nothing like mary jane when its grown up. besides the leaf shape kinda

haha this is kool.
ive had a japanese red mable tree in my Frontyard since i moved here,
its very pretty especially when the leafs are red, im actually about to go look at it up close lol.

there is another plant that is much smaller than the Jap Red Maple. its called a Texas Red Star Hibiscus. stays small and grows giant red or pink flowers. i keep them mixed in the back garden for a bit of camo.
