Javadog's Next Adventure

Hey Shishka,

I have been kinda doing that so far, by letting a male mature well,
then I move it to the garage for a week or so, to let the first few balls
pop, then I chop it and let it finish in a glass of water for a week while
the balls open.

I need to time it right to get a good amount. A new tent with a HEPA
filter making negative pressure would be best. I could add this to the
man-cave.

Yep, its all about the timing. I can add any more tents or watts so I gotta do it this way right now. I was just adding my .02 to try and show another perspective, the really cheap one. Your shit is proper tho JD, would love to toke any of yours.

I appreciate your taking the time Shishka!

Ugh, I am in the hard time....in Week 7. I need the the Jillybean
out of the tent...it is gigantic. The fact that I know it to be an early
finisher is not helping. :0) LOL

No, I will take my time. I have at least two weeks to go.

I agree BLJ.

I find that setting a goal earlier on is a good idea.

"listening to the plants" just doesn't freakin work....LOL

Wow...is it just Tuesday. 12 hour days.

It is good to be back in the saddle all the same.

I am being soooo patient, but am enjoying digging up some
older, well cured, material.

I took a very cool Somango bud to offer the Football crew.
It went over very well. I recommend Soma's Somango.

P.S. I took some shots of the plants this morning:

Hey GD, just for fun, can you try loading the page in another browser?

Here is the Sour Kosher again....it is one of the prettier ones:

Looking great JD! You have been running somango now quite a while ya?

The kosher looks identical to the pheno I had. So potent an stinky!

I feel like no matter when I pull one down, I am doing it too soon. lol.

I still need to get better at the chop and cure part of the process.

Yea...same here. Longer always seems to make it better. I have yet to smoke a bowl and be like, damn, I let this go too long.

Curing, IMO is probably the closest process to being considered an art. So easy to fuck it up and end up with Wet Hay buds, or overdried odorless harsh buds.

Good eye Worm, the HGK is a really beautiful plant.

Yup Pap, Somango was my first keeper, and that Sour Kosher
is one of my strongest smokes. Very funky. I love it. :0)

If I can pay if now, the waiting, then there will still be a harvest
schedule and each taking will be not-rushed.

The truth is that I could take the Kosher Tangie at any time, it is
in Week 8 and ready, but it is also next to the Jillybean. That
monster is going to cover whatever I put in KT's place. I am not
going to do that to my Psycho Killer

The photo does not do it justice:

Take care all,

BTW: I have the bugs too boys. Damn.

They are in my veg area and only on some plants, but I will
have to assume that they are on everything. I will be re-spraying
my plants in Veg, weekly, for the time being. I will have to bomb
anything that goes into flower too.

More to follow.
