I just wanted to say that I placed an order last week and it arrived swiftly at my house and upon opening it I realized there was a slight mix up. 1 of the packs was labeled correctly on the outside while inside there was another strain tag/label. I took a pic and sent an email and for some reason in today's world I just expected a return email trying to convince me that I would be happy/happier with these beans over what I had ordered. I received a quick response saying that things would be made right with no question or hesitation. I'm not even sure that JBC was at fault here and most likely was the breeders error. Tracking # has already been sent to me and I am a happy camper. Things like this dictate where I spend my money and I will always be a customer of JBC.
I know there is a dedicated thread but I just wanted to pass this on and it not be buried deep in there and barely seen.
