Girth was what I worked on most :P... I focused my efforts mostly on the girth exercises I broke it down to 30 minutes one day, next day rest, next day 3 hours, next day 30 minutes, next day rest... Rinse and repeat...

I gained over an inch in just over a month in length and .8 inches in girth...
