beck says there were 500,000 people at his rally. yeah, right.

beck didn't even have 100,000 people at his rally, and no amount of revision and inuendo will ever change that.

Yeah, and a month ago a executive producer and a writer for the show. Rory Albanese and J.R. Havlan. Took it upon themselves and punched someone in the face and forcibly moved and needlessly mocked a concerned citizen outside of the store. Does that sound rational or sane? 'Specially after someone had only asked, and asked JON not these producers, a couple non-threatening 9/11/01 questions.. wtf

But yes, a WeAreChange.org member saw that Jon Stewart was signing books at a Manhattan bookstore approx. a month ago. So he thought it would all right to ask Jon on his views regarding September 11th. 2001. Apparently all those who did ask such controversial questions (that need to be asked). Not just spouting out the so-called ''popular'' propaganda.

"Once again a mainstream media talking head was reminding us that the first amendment should really be used to express popular and benign ideas, not controversial ones."

Until Jon stops having the very people who caused and fucked this world up on his show.. or at least confronts them on it then fuck him and his conflict of interest corporate-run show. lol IMHO.

wow, when you looked at what actually happened. like the video...

you can see that the 'concerned' citizen was getting in the way of a book signing/promotion event which probably cost around 100k to set-up.

after being destroyed on the inside by john:
"why do you mock the 911 truth movement?"
stewarts response: "I don't know, maybe cuz i think Al qaeda did it..." to a roar of laughter and applause.

the guy is escorted out, but they don't show after what, we don't know if the 'concerned' citizen was getting in the way of this elaborate, expensive book signing. by what I saw on the first video, he was harrassing jon and his fellow workers, and disrupting a peaceful event. they don't show at what point they got kicked out of the event, because chances are it was an ugly scene.

the videos provided are also heavily edited, probably leaving out some of the verbal assault that prompted the normally calm, and moderate today show staff to get emotional.

you can then see the guy from we are change getting in the face of the other guy, at which point he is pushed out of the way.... funny how the 'we are change' crew seems to have about 6 cameras on site, which caught the WHOLE entire incident on tape, but the footage availbable is grainy, edited and inconclusive.

the We are change guys wanted to start a physical altercation with stewart's staff, because they thought it would've gotten them media attention and more hits on their lagging website.

stewart is a powerhouse of the industry, the media kept mum, and in my opinion, the only ppl that ended up looking like intolerant asses were the we are change crew.

they asked stewart a question, he answered it, but they stayed on site, waiting to see if they could push stewart to say some 'ricksanchez-esque' remarks. stewart's a smart guy, he's been in showbusiness for over 20 years, he saw what was comming, and handled it beautifully....

his staff's behavior leaves something to be desired, but the We Are Change guys are the real loosers after that incident....

LOl talk about getting only one side of the story, nice source BTW :-)

Lemme interpret some of your post for the non Right Winger:
"mainstream Media" AKA "Lamestream Media": Any news source that reports actual news, not solely Right wing propaganda and opinion

"conflict of interest corporate-run show": Any show that offers a differing opinion from that great non corporate and balanced source like Fox News. Huh, wait isnt Fox owned by Newscorp?

Id like to know if you share the same anger for the female that was thrown down and stomped by the male campaign worker for of Rand Paul?

Lemme guess, "bitch got what she deserved?"

Agreed. He should confront the crooks and villains he has on his show.
