jusat bought this bulb, is it any good ?

done a little home work, and iv found that MH/ HPS are best, so just bought this buld, just would like to know if its any good? as people used it? it say long life,

this is a great bulb for vegging only.... You will need to get an HPS for flowering (12/12)....or like many people do, they use HPS throughout the entire grow

Hortilux bulbs are the way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

do a little more research about CMH if you really want the best...CMH works for veg and flower...with added UVB light...MH/HPS is far from the best...but a good starting point.

bulbs ok and excuse me if this is a stupid ? but do u have a ballast to run it ?

thanks dopeedpgogg ted to make sure it is a good bulb, not some cheap crap, as I'm a big believer in buying once

yeah i did read some where its only for vegging, also read you can use a HPS for full grow, but think I'll go the MH for egging, then when i start flower 12/12 I'll switch to HPS v read to switch back to MH for the last two week's as gives a better taste to the bud?
