Just a couple questions

I recently started making wax and I'm trying to get like that moon sand consistency, but have only been successful 1 time at it. And it keeps turning straight back to caramel everytime I release the vacuum from the degassing chamber. Do I have too high of a tempature? Am I not whipping it enought, or what?

it could have something to due withmoisture cocontent, I find that whenevet I make an oil when it is very humid or raining, the product gets very finicky about staying in any given consistency.
