Just bought first hps 2 days ago, and one of the metal hangers poped out.

I have the 150w mini sunburst. See the metal hanger that came with it in the pic:http://www.google.com/imgres?um=1&h...5&tbnw=153&start=0&ndsp=24&ved=1t:429,r:3,s:0

One of the hooks that go into the holes on one of the sides poped out today, and it left that side barely hanging on by only one hole.

I have each hanger attached to it's own 50lb chain, and each chain is perfectly vertical.

Why did this happen?

Guess it was defective..cant you fix it

I mean yeah, I just poped it back in... But I'm worried it's going to happen again.... Got me paranoid.

drill a hole in it and get a cheap extra chain to help case it does fall
