Just built the box

Here are the pics, also I had the box on for like 1 min and the lights were really hott, is that gonna be a problem? Also, pc fan is not attached in pic

the one i built is 60 inches long 40 inches high and 30 inches deep and we divided it in half so we could have a nice 30"*30" growspace and we can have plants flowering and plants vegging at the same time
 
Lighting is good. However you have a problem with light leak. Whats are your plans for taking care of that before its time for flowering. Two, you should of kept all venting to the rear of the box if you were going for stealth. Other than those issues the major issue is there are no plants wtf.

Box isnt really for stealth, and as for light leak, do you mean around the middle of the whole thing? I could tape it up, but that might suck If I have to check the plant every so often. And no plants cause im germinating some seeds, and haven't had time to take a clone of my outdoor plant!! aah lol

Is that tin foil lining the inside? If so get rid of that shit it will mess with your temps hardcore. Mylar is what everyone seems to be mistaking tin foil for. Its what survival blankets are made of, line it with that. Or just paint it white, the color white and mylar both reflect +/- 90% of light, tin foil reflects something like 60% or something not very efficient.

Tis not tin foil, reflective tape
 
Some thoughts:

Aluminum foil on the inside of the box doesn't affect temps, and they don't cause burn marks. Who started this rumor? The foil sure does tear easily though.

To be safe, you should house your wires & splices in conduit & J-boxes. They can mount directly on the Rubbermaid without issue. Hopefully you're also using a grounded 3 prong plug. All this is cheap insurance. You don't want to come home one day only to find it all burned to the ground!
 
Thought: Aluminum foil does IN FACT cause burning from all the shitty creases it leaves in the plants and creates a bad reflection to one area of the plant thus leaving what is called a burn....

Burning from a "bad reflection?" Using foil isn't like using a magnifying glass under the sun! If anything, a ''bad reflection'' would mean light simply isn't getting somewhere. If you think about it, when a leaf is covering mylar, it's not like anything is reflected back to said leaf. That doesn't imply burning of any sort.

Foil is not a great reflector, but it works in a pinch. Chances are you have some lying around the house already. I have yet to see any of these so-called side effects from foil. As a matter of fact, I have yet to see a lot of things people claim here as well. There is just as much bad information as there is good, and it took a year of lurking & experimenting to find that out.

The only burns I've experienced are from leaves directly touching the bulbs, using too much N fert, or having a pH out of range.

Am using the 3 prong plug, and thanks for the advice, Ill prolly tape the wires nice and good to the sides. And is aluminum equvalent to reflective tape? The tape I bought doesnt tear easily.

Also, what kind of increase should my electric bill be getting?
 
Reflective tape is a lot like foil and it works fine. I saw a post on a competing forum where someone made a Rubbermaid+CFL tank. He used that foil tape made for sealing residential HVAC systems/ducting and it worked great. It's probably the most durable option out there.

How many watts does this setup use? (true watts, not equivalent) If electricity is running you about $0.10 per kilowatt-hour and you're pulling 250 watts of power, the increase will be approx:

$18/mo if on 24 hrs a day
$13.50/mo for 18/6
$9/mo for 12/12
