Just checking before buying another COB package

Want to make sure I'm getting the best combo.
Whats the best Color Temp mixture for a new 12 COB fixture I want to order?
-Last order of 9 COB's with dimmers I used a mix of 3500k and 4000k.

I haven't been keeping up on latest recommendations for LED's since May. Just want to see if the past color temps used were still the preferred mix by those looking to build a strong COB fixture for the overall life of plants.

Flower only? 3500 and 4000 are always good. Veg lamps should be 6500 or so.
