Just Flush My Plants..

Ok I just flush my plants because the leaves were to dry and stiff after I flush my plants the pH level is at 5 how long do I have to wait to give nutes and what do I need to get my pH to 6-7 also I added a therometer please let me know if this is a good place to but it and what's a good temperature and the humidity and is my light to high up?

Also I check my temperature and it's 80 and humid is also 80 the therometer is place under my T5 please look at the pic.
