Both are Royal Queen Northern Light seeds. Both are a bit over a month old from breaking the soil.
Same seeds, 2 totally different light setups and 2 different growing setups.
No modifications, No pruning, topping, or LSTing.

Both are 3 Gallon pots.

Also, given the difference in growth, can you guess the grow methods?

For fun??? They both look good. The one to the right is way bushier. Like I always say about bush, trim it back. If you want. Lol. Healthy though

I question that but, if you say so...
can't see top new growth that clearly to judge them, the one on the right could use some mag, both seem to be missing some metals, high ph? one on left especially seems to be rosetting , you didn't mention if it was the same soil and nutes. hows humidity and airflow, might up rh and or turn down the other
just judging by distance between internodes and overall growth the one on the right no contest, will yield nicer too.. but this is why clones would make a better game. one on left looks male, if not she will stretch alot in flower and you should lower lights to keep it tight
