My brother is a stupid fuck, we got pulled over on monday and I have my card but he doesn't and we were smokin so the officer smelled it and asked about it, I showed him my card and shit i was smoking out of and he asks if my bro was smoking too, which he instantly fucks me over by saying yes. We woulda both drove off and I woulda been fine but instead, I get arrested for intent to distribute and he instantly gives them rights to search my vehicle and they find a bowl and my DUMBASS brother says its his, :cuss: and I gave it to him.... So that brings my charges up to distritibution.

JAIL SUCKS STAY THE FUCK OUT OF THAT PLACE

I'm so glad to be home and smoking again, I dont even care if its resin until I get some real shit, its heavenly :bigjoint:

Had to shout my feelings at someone so this will have to do for now.....

that is crazy.. yeah.. i would definitely be handing out a beat down to your bro.. that's why i usually don't like to drive and smoke with dumb people, which is why i usually end up smoking by myself in the car, lol.. i would have smacked him as soon as he said he was smoking with you.. wtf is wrong with people.. especially since he knew you have a card and all.. that is just dumb, sorry, don't mean any offense to you or yours, but come on man. use your brain once in awhile.
and don't you just love how they stack on the charges over the stupidest sh*t? that kills me.. distribution for him having a bowl, wtf.. sorry to hear of your story.. it suck..

The best shit I ever had in jail is the fish which is suprisingly very good and the spicy chicken sandwich and salads.every county jail I been to had the worst food,upstate is where they make the good 5 star shit.

everybody says that. I was at 9th & race district charged with a DUI... they were trying to take my temperature orally and i started blowing in it like it was a breathalyzer lolL That shit was hillarious to me. Except when they put me in a cell with some dope-head that was dope-sick:-| I took his sandwich and his water for throwing up in the cell. that dude wasn't going to eat it anyways

But jail sucks but you just gotta make the best of it like blowing into thermometers an shit lol.I had some fun times and some horrible times in there.Its always fun fucking with the c.o.'s then try and get them to hit you on camera so you can get them fired.

Ya I couldn't even believe that if a judge was feeling dickhead enough I could have got a year minimum in prison. Ya my brother is definitely not gettin any bud from me aymore.

I don't understand how they made even canned corn taste like shit. I fuckin starved in there

I feel criminalized just because I have my medical card. If I wouldn't have had one, I would have got a cite and been on my way. Just because I have my card I distribute? wtf??

I do have my card for the moment! And we THINK it will work in my favor as long as I stay outta trouble until my court date. I've NEVER got in trouble for any drug related charges or been in jail or any other institutional facility before so I really feel like they would laugh at one bowl. Plus I don't know what I'm gonna do if they take it away anyway because I'm not gonna stop smoking, I don't get one hour of freaking sleep without it. I'm going to get a sleep study done in oregon after court date, lawyer said that will help my case.

If my dumbass brother, who has a court date for his cite before my court, testifies and says he stole that bowl from me would it help my case at all??

If your brother is charged with a petty ass misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia tell him to just go and plead guilty, get his slap on the wrist so fast that they don't mention word one about you and your card issue. Then, have him come to court with you as a witness to testify he stole it from you if it even comes to that.

And get a lawyer. Sounds like you'll need one.
