Actually since he is a witness, I'm not suppose to even talk to him or I could get another felony because of evidence tampering.

He got a cite for possesion of dangerous drugs and he got it from me is what he said. So idk how much his case will affect mine. Ya I definitely got a lawyer man thanks!

I agree with you all, my brother is a moron, lesson is definitely learned.

My brother is a stupid fuck, we got pulled over on monday and I have my card but he doesn't and we were smokin so the officer smelled it and asked about it, I showed him my card and shit i was smoking out of and he asks if my bro was smoking too, which he instantly fucks me over by saying yes. We woulda both drove off and I woulda been fine but instead, I get arrested for intent to distribute and he instantly gives them rights to search my vehicle and they find a bowl and my DUMBASS brother says its his, :cuss: and I gave it to him.... So that brings my charges up to distritibution.

I'm so glad to be home and smoking again, I dont even care if its resin until I get some real shit, its heavenly :bigjoint:

aw dude that sucks. Your brother was just probably trying to help but it really sounded like you already had it and it just fucked up. Ahh. That's too bad dude. Only been to juvi once but not real jail. *knock on wood* :leaf:
