Just let it bud.....i wonder?

I have a plant that is in flower. Im a bit disappointed in the bud size. I know that u must harvest at a certain time but would happen if you just let it grow? Would it die or something like that?

....I hear that if you let the plant continue to grow past it's peak, the plant will turn hermie and start to produce seeds.

I revegged, then it hermied.

letting a plant go past its "life" almost always causes it to hermi on you...now revegging after cutting down a crop is another matter all together as you are telling the plant to go BACK to veg...so it basically restarts the process, but of course you stressed the shit out of the plant when you harvested it to begin with, so it does have a higher tendancy to hermi after that anyway...
