Just picked up for the first time, did I get shorted?

I don't have access to a scale. I told this guy I know to hook me up with a gram, and he did. I was underwhelmed by the size compared to the size of the nugs I've seen while researching marijuana on the internet. He assured me that he weighed it and that it's definitely a gram but I still don't know. Since I can't weigh it properly I'm wondering if anyone with a good eye can tell me if this looks like a gram? (Btw it's super skunky and pungent I can smell it from a good distance.Also it apparently got squished while he has it in his pocket so it might just be compressed.)

Hummm... I agree 100% with VTMi'kmaq, try growing you will love it... weight wise, you are paying about 578 Canadian or 420 US per oz...either way thats steep... I know the price climbs with smaller amounts, but for the cost of an OZ, you can get a small setup going.

Sure that could weigh a gram. If the nuglits are dense, which appears so. You didn't get ripped off or get a great deal. Fair deal. $50 an 1/8 is lil steep here but a deal other places.
Get a lil scale tho, there cheap.

You did OK! You should see & smell some of the crap up here! Weird shit tastes like Bounce & one tasted like Nag Champa insence. Made up names for buds that don't exist anywhere but here! I swear nobody cures either, like trim dry sell. Paying 60 for nearly 4 g.'s! Rip off! Can't wait to blow'em all away with my ladies flowers! Coming soon, in 3 months! Is it bad karma to show it off brag a little? Never want to be bigger than my britches!

Ok! So I hear the dutch are all aboutthe curing. Me too as i do a careful dry and long cure. Like 3-6 wks with daily burping of the jars. I fish a lot some I am patient & tenacious soi go long as I can for the candy sweet fresh sticky ones! Have a sweet night supposed to snow ya right. None for 36 days. People say no global warm?! Ha

You won't get a proper answer because our website is world wide and prices are based on several different factors

Being Canadian I know you probably were told by the guy he doesn't know what type it is
Or he played it off as "kush" like they often do

If you're from bc or Toronto , Ottawa or a bigger metro city In Canada 20$ is okay price

If you are from middle of nowhere Canada it's 10$ per gram that's never changed

Unless you are buying from the grower himself who knows everything about the plant

But I doubt that you prob bought off random joe who's Baggie was fronted to him by random Chris who has his bag fronted from random frank and so on and so forth and that's why you were most definitely shorted at least a .8-.9 and charged 20$
