You put in an exhaust and your temps went up???????????

When you add an exhaust to your room your temps should drop if you got the right fan.

What size is your room and what size fan did you get?

I put the fan up and just ran a dryer hose out the room and the other end is open just pulln in air. When I. Purchased the exhaust dude told me that's what I needed to bring down humidity and it worked but at same time temp went up. I dnt know this my first. Should I add a port ac and if so where can I get a cheap one on budget

return the fan and get the right size..and its even less light now in flower but more heat...something deffinatly not set right. and theres realy nothing wrong with 84. i run that all the time, my foods work best at that temp

what size light and where is the thermometer from it, or how far away is the tops of plants if thats where the temps are read at

wow 2 foot is to far away so it must be messed up..you sure you have minimum the same sized inlet hole as the fan is,,and i say at least to. better to go 8 inch in 4 out to help the fan work more efficient. you 400 syhould be about 5 incyhes form plants...if in a air cooled hood.

you got any pics to see this how its set up. ive done many 4 inch and ran 400 watts and no where near that temp....oh...also what size is the room...length x width x hight

84 is ok, if they show heat stress add a little CO2 but yeah, if you added an exhaust fan and temps went up something is not right. Is the fan motor inside the grow area? Depending on the type of fan they can add a lot of heat...
