Are the pots all the same size?

Are they clones or seeds? If they're seeds then that would explain it.

Could be an opposite of a hot spot so maybe move it a bit or check reflectors.

Don't water it as much as the others and make sure it dries inbetween watering, sounds like it needs less.

You need to change the 8.0.0. for something with some P & K in it, still high in N, for eg, 8-3-4 then flower nutes will have less N. 1.4.3 for eg.

instead of one cup each time, use 1/4 rec'd strength of ur food and water with run off. Then wait to wter again.Next get the right veg food and we really need pics.

Could be ready to transplant??????

Pics pls

3 transplants sounds like way too many for a 7" plant. 4 gal is fine for now. what size pots did you start them in? and how big do you want your plants to finish flowering?

are you letting the soil dry out in between waterings? in my expierience plant growth usually slows down a little for a few days after transplanting due to stress. multiple transplants and overwatering would compound the problem.

also some of the basics would be helpful too, what soil/substrate? whats the ph and ppm of water? what kinda lights are you using? etc etc.
