Just some questions for my first week of grow!

Well Ive been growing these two for about a week now and they look a little small? I water them once a day or when ever the soil drys up.
The temp was around 100 - 110 just because its upstairs and we had a heat wave come through, this wont affect them long term? Now the temp is going to drop to around 70 so that should fix my temp prob.
So im also growing them in FFOF with no nutrients, should I be adding them and if so what should I be adding to get a big yield and and strong high at the end?
Any other tips anyone can give me about my set up!

the heat stunts them, if was flowering then would be real problem but ur not so it won't hurt in long run jus make you veg a lil longer. no need for nutes w/FFOF till around a month. personally i would replant them, i only sprout in small cups.

P.S. do u have drainage holes in ur cups?

Thanks for replying! What nutes should I add then after about a month? Yea I was thinking I should put them in little pots now! Yes I do have drainage holes!

I would keep those plants closer together at this point, to allow them to share the lights. Are those all the lights you plan to have? if so you need to cut the top off of those plants in a few weeks, and go to home depot and buy 3 of the highest wattage CFLs you can get, usually they are 300 watt equivalents.
