Cali law in all most all places says, 100 SQF of grow space indoor max, no more then 1200 watts of lights, no co2, and maintains one bathroom with out grow equipment,
Any other questions feel free to ask.

I have never heard of this before. It sounds like it conflicts with California Supreme Court ruling, The People VS. Kelly - Jan21st 2010. In which Kelly won the right to grow more than the stated limit of 6 plants.

and what co2? I close the door and I exhale co2. What the fuck does that shit mean? My dogs breathe out co2 as well..dry ice, wine making ect.. what a fucking joke.. take it to court.

Cali law varies a lot for different municipalities. I have never seen a wattage limit. In my town -- 6/12 plants. LE has a policy of not challenging doctor rec's with more than 6/12 if they are in place. I know Oaktown is 32 sq ft per person, collective can have a max of three growers at one location ----> 96 sq ft max, no plant limits, no wattage limits.

I grow for myself only, so easy to stay in the 6/12 limit.

Those laws are to try to idiot proof growing for all the dumb people out there.
It is a way for the state to say "We tried" And if you stop and think about it Its easy to see why.
We all know some dumb ass who would live in a old home trying to run 1,600 watts off of out outlet only to set the house on fire because of the wire melting.
The watt code in from the state fire marshal.
Co2 issue? well, some dumb ass with a co2 bottle leaves it open in the babies room and kills it ...
They are just there for a net.

These laws are there so when some thing DOES go wrong, they can come down on you.
The back side of the law is that, the dea also uses these "state laws" are part of there scope to see who it working with in the state laws and not to bust.
Its a rule, not really enforced until they want to enforce it.

Most people are stupid and can rarely find their own asses out of a bind.. I would never run co2 without a meter and proper mathematics, nor would a babies room be near-by, or anyone's for that matter. 2000ppm co2 tastes like shit. the 1600w thing.. Houses with PG&E in California require circuit breakers.

I can see how people believe guns can kill other people but many are too stupid to not burn their own houses down. It reminds me of the American Dad episode where Stan said, "Guns don`t kill people, go ahead kill someone" - the gun sat there and didn't move. Anyway.. We will see.. ;)

I did a 40 ft. cargo container for a few years before the price crash. Always paid my bill and they left me alone, But I have a machine shop on the property so that may have helped . If your just a single family home with a bill like that I would expect the law. I ran 6300 watts total a whole house fan and a small window ac/ 2500 dollar pg&e bills dont make any sense anymore.--------------mike

Just an FYI the 1200w limit in Yuba is only for the residence. It does not apply to a separate, permitted structure on the property with permitted electric that's up to code.

Just think of it this way...PGE hasn't turned me in, so you guys will be fine.
Haha yeah, if pg&e hasn't turned ME in, you'll all be fine lol.
20+ indoor, and we blow shit up....knock,knock!

But, heres a very short story(i'll try) of something that just happened close to home:
A couple of days after i finished hooking an old timer/ outdoor farmer up with a couple box trailers, he got raided by the DEA. Took shit loads of stuff, he is so fucked we think.

You see, he has 15 acres in butte county. Fully complies. He hasn't even been checked by the sherriffs dept in 5-6 yrs. He leased out part of his property, with a big shop on it, to some heads. Those heads were close to fully firing up 30ish lights. Woopie fuckin doo rite. Well, problem is, those idiots realized AFTER the grow room was constructed, and started growing, that they need to upgrade the meter base. Fucking county inspector ratted them out. Dea raided the whole property. Poor guy.

It didn't even make the news.

Just so everyone knows pg&e cannot reveal any information about your energy usage to anyone. It's private info between you and pg&e.

I know this because my dad worked for them for decades, now retired, and a high level management gas engineer. I spoke to him about this issue, and said it confidential info, may not even be accessible through a court order. But they cannot tell any authorities about your excessive power consumption
